FIELD & STREAM 1871 FIELD TRIPS: CAST ALASKA INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY

Joining Field & Stream’s free 1871 Club Rewards program is required for eligibility; a paid membership, purchase, survey, or agreeing to a sales presentation will not improve your chances of winning. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF, AND THOSE RESIDING IN, THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY, AND WHO HAVE A PUBLIC OR OTHERWISE ACCESSIBLE INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT. Void in Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, and where restricted or prohibited by law.

1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

This Giveaway begins on October 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is sponsored solely by F&S IP Owner LLC (“Field & Stream” or “Sponsor”). Cast Alaska (“Prize Provider”) is not a co-sponsor of the Giveaway; it is supplying the fishing trip described in Rule 5 to Sponsor as a vendor and has no role in administering the Giveaway, verifying entries, conducting the drawing, or selecting the winner — all of which are handled solely by Sponsor. By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Employees, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, the Prize Provider, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, divisions, suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. Entrant must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. HOW TO ENTER

An eligible entrant (“Entrant”) may enter by taking the following steps, in full, during the Giveaway Period, on the official Giveaway post on Field & Stream’s Instagram account (the “Giveaway Post”):

Be an active member of Field & Stream’s 1871 Club program. Entrants who are not yet members may join for free using the link in Field & Stream’s Instagram bio.

Like the Giveaway Post.

Comment on the Giveaway Post tagging three (3) friends.

Share the Giveaway Post to your Instagram Story and tag @fieldandstream for one (1) additional entry (“Bonus Entry 1”).

Tag three (3) additional friends (six (6) total) in a comment on the Giveaway Post for one (1) further additional entry (“Bonus Entry 2”).

Completing the first two steps above (active 1871 Club membership and liking and commenting with three tags) constitutes one (1) valid base entry. Completing Bonus Entry 1 and/or Bonus Entry 2 in addition to the base entry steps earns the corresponding additional entry(ies). Maximum three (3) entries per person, per Instagram account, for the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of times an

Entrant repeats any step. Tagged friends are not, by virtue of being tagged, Entrants and receive no entry themselves unless they independently complete the entry steps on their own behalf.

No purchase of any kind, and no paid 1871 Club membership tier, is necessary to enter or win. Joining the free 1871 Club Rewards program is required for eligibility, but doing so is free of charge and will not, by itself or in combination with any Bonus Entry, improve an Entrant’s odds of winning beyond what is described above.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that it believes is fraudulent, incomplete, submitted by an ineligible person, submitted through a private or unverifiable Instagram account, or generated using bots, scripts, entry services, or other automated or unauthorized means. Entries must comply with Instagram’s own Terms of Use and Community Guidelines; entries that do not are void. All entry steps must be completed and, where applicable, still visible on Entrant’s account at the time Sponsor reviews entries after the close of the Giveaway Period; Entrants who unlike, delete, or unshare their entry prior to winner verification may be disqualified.

4. DRAWING, VERIFICATION, AND ODDS OF WINNING

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, to be conducted by Sponsor on or about November 9, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Before confirming any potential winner, Sponsor will verify that the account (a) has active 1871 Club membership, (b) completed the applicable entry steps in compliance with these Official Rules, and (c) otherwise satisfies the eligibility requirements above. The potential winner will be notified by direct message (“DM”) from Field & Stream’s official Instagram account within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond to that DM within forty-eight (48) hours of it being sent. A potential winner may be required to execute and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release and to provide a valid email address and mailing address for prize fulfillment purposes.

If a potential winner cannot be verified, does not respond within the required time period, cannot be reached through Instagram DM, fails to return required documents, or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, subject to the same verification and notification process.

5. PRIZE

Grand Prize (1): Two (2) seats on a guided fishing trip in Sitka, Alaska, courtesy of Cast Alaska, consisting of:

Lodging at Cast Alaska for the winner and one (1) guest

Guided fishing for two (2) guests

All fishing gear and tackle

Rain gear and boots

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the stay

Fish processing and boxing

Ground transportation to and from the Sitka airport

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is [$4,999.00]. The ARV of all prizes awarded in this Giveaway is [$4,999.00]. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The winner and guest are solely responsible for all costs not expressly listed above, including but not limited to: airfare and any other transportation to and from Sitka, Alaska; fishing licenses, tags, and stamps; gratuities; alcohol; personal gear not listed above; travel insurance; and any other personal or incidental expenses. The trip is subject to availability and scheduling with Cast Alaska, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and is not combinable with any other promotion, discount, or offer. The winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older and are solely responsible for obtaining any identification, licenses, or documentation required for travel and for fishing in Alaska.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize and may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the prize’s fair market value.

Once verified, the winner will be introduced by Sponsor to Cast Alaska by email to coordinate trip scheduling, guest details, and any additional waivers or paperwork required directly by Cast Alaska. Sponsor is not responsible for scheduling conflicts, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control that affect the availability or timing of the trip. If the confirmed winner is unable or unwilling to complete the trip as offered, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety; no substitute prize or cash equivalent will be provided except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS/DISCLAIMER

By entering, Entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK; RELEASE OF LIABILITY. The Grand Prize trip and all related fishing, boating, guiding, lodging, ground transportation, equipment, instruction, and other activities and services (collectively, the “Trip Services”) will be provided by Cast Alaska and/or its guides, carriers, lodging providers, equipment providers, subcontractors, and other independent third parties (collectively, the “Trip Providers”). The Trip Providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of Sponsor. Sponsor does not own, operate, supervise, direct, or control the Trip Providers or the Trip Services.

The winner and guest acknowledge that participation in the Grand Prize trip may involve inherent, known, and unknown risks of serious bodily injury, illness, disability, property damage, and death, including risks associated with wilderness and remote locations; fishing and boating; water, weather, wildlife, and terrain; motor vehicles and other transportation; equipment; physical exertion; the acts or omissions of other participants or third parties; and delayed or limited access to emergency or medical care. The winner and guest knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the winner and guest release, waive, and discharge Sponsor, the Trip Providers, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or participation in the Grand Prize or Trip Services, including claims based on the ordinary negligence of any Released Party. This release

does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

As a condition of receiving or participating in the Grand Prize, the winner and guest must timely execute all eligibility documents, acknowledgments of risk, releases, waivers, and other reasonable participation documents required by Sponsor or the applicable Trip Provider. Failure or refusal to execute any required document may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize or exclusion from the applicable Trip Services.

Released Parties are not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, delayed, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise not received due to Instagram platform errors, outages, changes to Instagram’s features or policies, or any technical failure of any kind, nor for any Entrant’s inability to access or use Instagram. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; in that event, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the action requiring such change.

Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be unfair, abusive, or harassing toward Sponsor, the Prize Provider, or other Entrants.

7. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any dispute arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or the prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee (Southern Division) or the appropriate Tennessee state court located in Williamson County, Tennessee; (2) any claims, judgments, or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Giveaway, and in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded; and (3) Entrant waives all rights to claim indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim relating to this Giveaway must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it will be forever barred.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway (including information collected through 1871 Club membership enrollment) will be collected and used by Sponsor and its affiliates, agents, and marketers solely to administer and fulfill the Giveaway, in accordance with Field & Stream’s Privacy Policy at fieldandstream.com/policies/privacy-policy/. Entrant may receive marketing communications from Sponsor if Entrant has provided consent (including through 1871 Club enrollment) and may opt out at any time.

9. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By participating and/or accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, worldwide right, where lawful, to use the winner’s Instagram username, name, biographical information, photos, likeness, and statements for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. If selected as

winner, Entrant’s Instagram username may be disclosed publicly (for example, in a winner announcement).

10. WINNER’S NAME

The winner’s Instagram username may be requested by emailing [email protected] after November 10, 2026.

11. SPONSOR AND PRIZE PROVIDER

Sponsor: F&S IP Owner LLC, doing business as Field & Stream, 429 Chestnut St., Nashville, TN 37203, is the sole sponsor of this Giveaway. Prize Provider: Cast Alaska is supplying the Grand Prize trip elements described in Rule 5 only and is not a co-sponsor, joint sponsor, or administrator of this Giveaway. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Official Rules grants any license to use Sponsor’s or Prize Provider’s trademarks or other intellectual property except as necessary to enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period.

12. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or its parent company, Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, Entrants acknowledge that their information is being provided to Field & Stream and not to Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this Giveaway.
